SENIOR THESIS PROJECT
Codex de Manjares is the regional guide to Mexican Gastronomy. It's a tool for people that are deeply interested in learning more about Mexican culture. Filled with whimsical hand-rendered typography and illustrations, this map and website act as a bridge to connect people to the diverse cuisines found in Mexico and the history behind them. 
Designed under the instruction of Danielle Gagliano at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
LIMITED EDITION SCREEN PRINT
A glimpse of traditional foods per region in Mexico. Because of its scale and format, the illustrated map doesn’t have very specific information; its purpose is to give an idea of the different regions and their dishes.
• Limited one time run of 40 pieces
• Printed on Stonehenge paper (90 pounds)
• 30" x 18"
• Hand screen printed in 3 colors
All proceeds will go to Voces De La Frontera and the American Civil Liberties Union.
WEBSITE
A website was developed as an informative tool for people that are curious about Mexican gastronomy. Users can interact with the illustrated map get more information per region as well as recipes.
